TED Spread

I've been aware of the TED Spread trade for about two decades, but never traded it. I know some of the mechanics have changed, but one should be able to still make the same basic trade, essentially "betting" that the spread will widen. Can anyone walk me through the very specific mechanics of making that trade today?
