Using IB. What happens if balance goes below 25000?

Using IB. What happens if balance goes below 25000?
I know that due to PDT, I will not be able to keep trading unless I deposit more funds.

Trading will not be possible, but does anyone know if I will still be able to withdraw money to bank account?
